Recently i had the pleasure of covering my very good friends, Damien and Kate's wedding in The Springfort Hall Hotel in Cork. Here is a link to some of the moments captured slideshow
The whole day from start to finish was just fantastic to capture,It was a beautiful day with the sun beating down on everyone, I started in with Damien in the morning and i must say he makes a great cup of tea, Well so i hear, I never got to taste it. But when i had finished with the boys and went on the Kate's i got my tea, it was worth the wait.
As you can tell by the images they make a beautiful couple and i would like to take this opportunity to wish them all the happiness they deserve.
The hotel gardens and lawns were a delight. In former times Springfort Hall Hotel Cork was known as Baltydaniel, Baltydaniel means the ‘Town of the House of O’ Donnell’. It is not known how it got this name. Springfort hall got its name from a stream which flows south of the House. This stream rises in a spring in the old fort at Pencil Hill. Lewis, in 1029 mentions that triple X was mined in the Land of Baltydaniel(Springfort Hall).
The staff were very friendly and very welcoming.
